My mechanical trades career started after college working for a mechanical contractor in Plattsburgh, NY. During my time working in estimating for mechanical contractor in Vermont I met Jason. Eventually I took a position as a mechanical estimator at PC Construction in the Water/Wastewater Division. I worked on design build projects coordinating treatment plant construction on all mechanical trades. Everything from process equipment & piping, sitework piping, HVAC, plumbing, instrumentation & controls, and electrical systems.
My job at PC required me to travel all over the east coast. As fun as the travel was it could be a strain with a young family. When I heard Jason was looking for someone to take over North Country’s estimating duties, I jumped at the opportunity to take on a new challenge. I currently handle the bulk of the estimating duties and help facilitate the transfer of project information over to the project managers as well as working with Jason to strategize on new opportunities.
