North Country Mechanical Insulators is currently hiring insulation installers to join our growing team. For more than 30 years, NCMI has worked to provide the highest quality mechanical insulation solutions for our clients. Now we’re looking for dedicated people to join us in upholding our values of integrity, professionalism, and quality.

Installers will have the opportunity to learn from experienced insulation professionals, and advancement is a possibility for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Install duct and pipe insulation according to project specifications
• Maintain the highest standards of jobsite and personal safety
• Ensure quality workmanship on every job

Requirements

• Ability to take and follow direction
• Self-motivated with eagerness to learn
• Strong work ethic
• Dedication to quality
• Previous insulation or construction experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Must have a valid driver’s license
