NCMI was hired to insulate the ductwork above the gym. Normally, insulation is not installed on exposed ductwork, but in some cases the air in the duct is significantly colder or warmer than the air it’s heating or cooling then the duct will condensate and can drip onto the floor causing slips and falls.
