NCMI was hired to replace the damaged and wet fiberglass duct board atop the Conant Building. The original insulation had become saturated ware and had started falling off the duct. NCMI stripped off the existing insulation and jacketing and replaced it with 2” thick poly iso board with 3M Venture clad jacketing. This combination can withstand the elements far better and will not become waterlogged if water manages to penetrate the jacketing.
